Returns and/or refunds are only accepted if the item you receive is the wrong item or it is misrepresented in our description on the product page. If you feel like there are discrepancies between the description and the item you received then please follow our return instructions below.
1. You may contact us via the "contact" link and leave your information and a brief message about your item.
2. Please allow at least 24 hours for your message to be received and read. We will then contact you about your dispute and come to terms.
3. If we determine that the item was misrepresented will we then email you a return shipping label with instructions.
4. Once we receive the item please allow up to 5 days for processing and refunding payment.
5. Payment will be refunded via the original payment source ONLY minus return shipping fee.
If you have pre-ordered a shoe with us and your pair is not secured we will notify you via email address.
Please allow up to 48 hours after release day to get the refund process started. Payment will be refunded to the original payment source ONLY.
