Return & Refund Policy

Returns and/or refunds are only accepted if the item you receive is the wrong item. All new items must still be in new, unused, unworn condition with all of its original contents. A pre-owned item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent to you in.

1. Contact us via the "contact" link with your order number and a message about your item.

2. Please allow at least 24 hours for your message to be received and read. After review we will then contact you via the email address provided with an approval or denial of a return.

3. If approved a return label will be sent via email with instructions for return.

4. Once we receive the item please allow up to 5 days for the item to be reviewed, and to begin refunding payment.

5. Payment will be refunded via the original payment source ONLY.

If you have pre-ordered a shoe with us and your pair is not secured we will notify you via the email address provided.

Please allow up to 48 hours after release day to get the refund process started. Payment will be refunded to the original payment source.
